How to pay for tickets?

1. Visa and MasterCard (including Visa Electron and Maestro).

To pay for the booked tickets, you need to enter following details in the corresponding fields:
  • Payment card number — 16 digits on the front side of the card should be entered without spaces.
  • CVV or CVV2 codes — 3 digits on the reverse side of the card. If there are more digits, you should enter only the last three. In the absence of such code, please contact the issuing bank for the details.
  • Expiry date — the month and the year are on the front side of the card.
Depending on the airline company and conditions of its agreement with Tickets.com.tr, the payment may be made to the Tickets.com.tr company or to the airline company. For more information about difference in payment ways, please follow this link. During payment to the airline, be aware that:
  • conversion of the booking amount is carried out on billing date, not on date of purchase, and may be higher or lower that the amount displayed on the site;
  • during booking only the Tickets.com.tr service fee is charged, and the remaining amount will be charged during ticket issuance. If a payment failure occur (for example, insufficient funds on the card), the service fee will be returned to your сredit/debit card within 24 hours;
  • during ticket refund, the service fee is not returned.

2. Wire transfer in any Turkish bank office

If you are an individual customer, please
  1. choose "Pay in bank" button on the “Payment Methods” page;
  2. press "Book";
  3. the billing system will automatically generate invoice;
  4. print the invoice out and make payment via any Turkish bank.

If you are business customer, please
  1. choose "Legal Entity Wire Transfer" button on the “Payment Methods” page;
  2. press "Buy";
  3. the billing system will automatically redirect you to the Legal Entity details page, where you must fill in all the mandatory fields;
  4. press “Create Invoice”;
  5. print the invoice out and make payment at any Turkish bank.

3. BKM Express

The system of internet settlements BKM Express allows paying online for booked tickets.
  1. After selecting the BKM Express method of payment, press the button "Pay". You will be redirected to the BKM Express payment page; all your information is transferred automatically.
  2. Log in and confirm the payment from your account.

4. Installment payment

  1. Select a payment method "Installment payment".
  2. In the field below enter your payment card details.
  3. Press the button "Check this card".
    Your card will be checked for the support of available credit programs.
  4. If the installment payment is available, select the appropriate сredit program.
  5. Press "Buy".
If the credit program for your card is unavailable, try to use another card or choose another payment method.

Basic payment rules

  • You can pay for the ticket only through the methods displayed on the booking page.
  • You will be able to pay for the booking within 12 hours after creation thereof. Tickets.com.tr is not responsible for the delayed payment. If the booking will not be paid within the indicated period, the booking will be cancelled.
  • The carriage rules and fare price are effective at the moment of ticket issuance and may be changed by the airline company.
  • Airline companies have right to change ticket price without prior notification of the passenger who has already booked his/her ticket online but has not paid for it yet.
  • The billing currency depends on the Service Provider's point of sale and the conditions of the Tickets.com.tr Agreement and defined by the system automatically. The notification on the billing currency and amount is available on the payment page.
  • The payment may be processed by the bank payment systems for several minutes. Don't pay for the same ticket several times in a row—wait for the payment system response, otherwise you may be charged twice.
  • Each booking includes the financial transaction or payment gateway fee*.
*The payment gateway fee (aka payment system markup or financial transaction fee) is charged by a third party company for the transfer of funds from the client to the seller through the payment system. In other words, it is a fee to the payment system for its services. Normally, the fee doesn't exceed 4% of transaction amount.
